Track review: Fefe Dobson – I Want You

From the very first listen, it was easy to tell, in Typical Fefe Dobson fashion, that this is another catchy track. Fairly simple, yet addictive.

Quick and to the point, like a punk rock song. The simple guitar line, vocals, and drum beats, not to forget the hand claps, adds up to a quality song. It may be just me, but it has a slight retro feel, possibly going back to the time when The Go Go’s were in their heyday.

Chances are good you may have heard “Watch Me Move” as well, as their is a single video out for both songs, “I Want You to Watch Me Move”. There is also a video for “I Want You” by itself. I am not sure how it differs, but it is called “I Want You (remix)”.

Stay tuned, the new Fefe Dobson album, Joy, will be released this Fall!
